I was very disappointed that it took almost two and a half weeks to get my 6 LPs back. I don't know why it would take so long to transfer them to CD! I could have done it myself faster than that if I would have had the equipment you say you have. The only saving grace, if you will, is at least they sounded good.

We make no excuses, but the time included regular ground shipping from and to the customer. Keeping you informed along the way is very important to us.  We send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your materials and when the process is beginning.  If there are any questions, we will contact you before the transfer process begins. We will also notify you when we are finished and your materials are heading back to you. At least he liked the results!

My mother, who is now in her eighties, sang in a ladies trio when I was a child. At one point these ladies did a recording of a few of their selections. Needless to say, the old 33 1/3 record hadn't been played much in recent years. Bill at Positive Feedback transferred it onto a CD and I gave it to Mom for Mother's Day. Mom was thrilled and so was I. I actually think the CD was of better quality than the original recording. Bill's craftsmanship brought a lot of joy to a lot of people! We're all pleased with how well he made something that was about to be tossed away become a treasure to all of us.
